Payment & Refund Policies

Workshop Fees:

  • 1-Day Workshops start at $150/participant with a horse
  • 3-Day Workshops start at $425/participant with a horse
  • 4-Day Professionals Package Workshops start at $550/participant.
  • Audit/Non-horse participants $35/day – participate in Mat Classes & Simulations
  • 5-Day Re-Boot Retreats in Oakridge, OR – $2,500/participant

Payment in full is required in advance to Register and secure your spot in a Workshop or Retreat.
A travel fee will be added to the clinic price, variable by host location

Travel Fees:

Locally – An additional travel fee of $.50/mile (round trip) will be applicable for locations within a 4-hour drive of my base ranches in Oakridge, OR or Sebastopol, CA, + cost of overnight accommodations when applicable.

Globally – depending on location, the cost of travel will be divided among the participants and added to the workshop price.


Your payment is non-refundable, but definitely transferable to a future Workshop if you must cancel, as long as you do so at least 2 weeks in advance of the start date! Cancellation within less than two weeks of a workshop date is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

Should I need to cancel a workshop due to apocalypse or under-enrollment, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling does not work, your payment will be refunded to you! 😉
