FEEs & REFUND POLICIES

TRAVEL FEES


Locally – An additional travel fee of $.50/mile (round trip) will be applicable for locations within a 4-hour drive of my base ranches in Oakridge, OR or Sebastopol, CA, + cost of overnight accommodations when applicable.


Globally – depending on location, the cost of travel will be divided among the participants and added to the workshop price.



REFUNDS


Live Workshops - Your payment is non-refundable, but definitely transferable to a future Workshop if you must cancel, as long as you do so at least 2 weeks in advance of the start date! 


Memberships - You may cancel at anytime, but any membership dues paid are non-refundable.


Online Courses - Due to the nature of online courses, we are only able to offer a 50% refund after the second week if you are unhappy with the results, or are doing the work but not seeing the expected results. Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to request your refund.



CANCELLATIONS


Cancellation within less than two weeks of a workshop date is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be taken on a case-by-case basis.


Should I need to cancel a workshop due to apocalypse or under-enrollment, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling does not work, your payment will be refunded to you!
